Funding of up to $7,500 Awarded to the Langley Arts Council through the Township of Langley's Capital Improvement Grant

In February 2024, the Langley Arts Council requested $7,500 from the Township of Langley's Capital Improvement Grant to purchase equipment to update the LAC's Foyer Gallery and Gift Shop, located inside the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Center, the home of the Langley Arts Council.
The Langley Arts Council is pleased to share that this funding was approved in May 2024.
This $7,500 will go towards the materials and cost to build custom shelving and display cabinets for the Foyer Gallery and Gift Shop.
"These display cabinets will support the Arts Council in showcasing a larger array of artisans through our Art in Found Spaces Program and will better support the display of 3D artisans," states Executive Director; Claire Sarfeld.
The Langley Arts Council's home inside the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Center is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 - 4:00 and offers arts programming, exhibition opportunities, free community events, and more!
