Sheyanne Sundahl is a writer and poet from the small town of Vanderhoof in British Columbia. With a passion for writing, Sheyanne relocated to the bustling lower mainland to pursue her dream of becoming a writer in the film industry. As fate would have it, she discovered her true calling in poetry and decided to shift her focus from the film industry. To hone her skills, she enrolled in Capilano University's Creative Writing Program, where she dedicated herself to perfecting her craft.
While studying at Capilano, Sheyanne explored a new creative outlet - typewriting poetry. Armed with a vintage Olivetti Typewriter from the 1960s, she began typing personalized poems for her peers at school. The positive response was overwhelming, inspiring her to share her talents with a wider audience. She now offers her on-the-spot poetry services at local markets and events, hoping to inspire others with her passion for writing.
