The Langley Arts Council Creative Space is a mid-sized programming and gathering room located within our Centre in Aldergrove BC. With a capacity of 35 it’s the ideal location for hands-on programming, team-building workshops, and meetings.
The Creative Space has windows facing an outdoor flex space area that includes a picnic table, a kitchenette, chairs, and tables and can be repositioned to fit your needs. The rooms' windows allow for natural light and are located within a quiet facility that makes for an ideal learning environment. It’s small enough to feel quaint but still allows for hands-on demonstrations.
Our Creative Space is available to rent at three rates, private, commercial, and non-profit. By renting the Creative Space from the Langley Arts Council you're contributing to supporting arts and culture in Langley, our classes and workshops program, and supporting our mission to educate and support the arts in our community as a charitable organization.
Benefits of Using this Space
- Sink area for easy clean up.
- 17.9 ft x 25.10 ft or 450 square feet of space.
- Access to a single washroom on the same level
- Door to an outdoor sitting area.
- 35 person capacity
- The exterior door leads out just below the playground.
Events Best Suited for the Creative Space
- Smaller organizational gatherings, task groups, and or meetings.
- A private creative space to support your studio practice away from home.
- A space to gather with your arts group, organization, or club.
- An ideal space for small kid's birthday parties with access to the outdoor picnic table.
Fee Includes
- Tables and chairs.
- Access to the outdoor seating area.
- Entry through a side door and directly into this rental space.
