Art Rental and Sales Program; Ongoing Call to Artists
Emerging, mid-career, and established artists apply for the new Art Rentals and Sales Program. This program is created for businesses, staging companies, corporations, etc. to rent original works of art.
How It Works
Artworks accepted into the 2026 Art Rentals and Sales (ARS) Program will be available for rent or purchase through both our online gallery and in-person exhibitions.
Works will be featured in a rotating 12-week exhibition at the Arts Council's Civic Gallery at Township of Langley Civic Facility on the 4th Floor (Mayor's Gallery). When not on display or rented, select artworks will be stored by the Langley Arts Council in our Main Office location and remain visible in our online catalogue for rent or purchase. All pieces are contracted to the program for a minimum of one calendar year, with artists invited to reapply for the 2027 ARS catalogue.

Submitting artists are allowed to use reference photos to inspire their work, but artists must use their design and composition for the final artwork to be considered original.
If you are submitting a photo medium, please ensure the main focal point of the image was taken by the artist and is not a stock image. We do allow stock images to be used in submitted artworks; however, they must not make up more than 30% of the entire finished artwork.
