Apply to Perform at our Celebration of Culture 2026

We are seeking musicians, performers, artists, and cultural creators to apply for our Celebration of Culture, a month-long festival taking place throughout March 2026 in Aldergrove, BC.

This annual event showcases local and global traditions, highlighting the cultural diversity that makes our community vibrant and unique.

We invite artists to share stories, traditions, and creative expressions rooted in their own cultural heritage—whether you’re a musician, dancer, theatre artist, spoken word performer, or cultural storyteller. This is an opportunity to share your work, celebrate cultural traditions, and engage with diverse audiences.

Examples of performances could include, but are not limited to:

• Dancers and performance groups

• Theatre artists

• Spoken word and poetry performers

• Cultural storytellers

• Musicians 

Submission Deadline: Thursday, February 5, 2026

Event Dates: Saturdays in March 2026

*Performance times and schedules are yet to be determined

Performance Location: Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre - 26770 29th Avenue, Aldergrove, BC 

Application Process

This is a competitive selection process. Not all applicants will be selected to participate in the event. Our team will review each submission based on artistic quality, cultural relevance, diversity of representation, and logistical feasibility.
