About the Exhibiting Group:

The Port Kells Art Club

The Port Kells Art Club (PKAC) is about participating artistically within a friendly and supportive network of other visual artists.

Our not-for-profit club was formed in 1962 by a group of local artists and then, as it still is today, was managed and operated by the club’s members. The PKAC is a registered society under both the provincial and federal charities acts. As a member of the Langley Arts Council, Arts Council of Surrey, and BC Arts Council, our club has the privilege of receiving support  and funding for our on-going programs.

The club year runs from September through June (no Activities in July, August, and December). Social connections and friendships between our members are fostered by hosting two potluck luncheons during the year. We support members of all levels of ability and encourage them to

get involved by providing art courses, plein-air outings (in June), and local art exhibitions. We welcome fresh and innovative ideas to continually improve and grow as a club. To become a club member and would like more information on what the Port Kells Art Club has to offer, go

to the PKAC website at: https://portkellsartclub.ca.
