Adult Glass Mosaic Workshop
Create one 6 by 6-inch glass mosaic.
Join glass artist Jessica Fairweather of JFairWStudios and create a stunning glass mosaic in a creative environment. Be inspired by vibrant coloured, beautiful patterned and sparkly textured glass while learning how to nip, chip, and score to make mosaics. Discover effective ways to lay glass, understand the importance of grout lines, and master grouting. Discover tips and tricks of the trade and the amazing feeling you get after grouting and polishing up your glass mosaic.

Meet your instructor: Jessica Fairweather
Mission: "I want to see what happens when I continue
learning, creating, teaching, and inspiring.” Jessica Fairweather, Artist & Instructor
Artist Statement: Jessica’s artwork comes from following her passion, listening to her intuition, creating authentic intentions, challenging her techniques, building her dream, because that is what she loves.
Biography: Jessica has found her artistic niche. She has always been fascinated by color and contrasting color combinations. She hand selects glass of all densities, shimmers and patterns to create mosaics that are uniquely hers. She can make snow that glistens, the most delicate flowers, or winds and waves on a stormy day at White Rock beach. She has also done commissions for businesses, private collectors and special occasion gifts.
Jessica lives in Chilliwack B.C. with artist Jim Godfrey and their four children; Ian, William Blythe, and Gabriel.
